Stoford’s development team has appointed acquisitions manager Edward Peel (pictured right). He joins from Mitchells & Butlers, where he acquired city centre and suburban sites for core brands.
Midlands law firm Lodders has appointed Vicky Khandker (pictured second from right) as senior associate in its dispute resolution team. A specialist in property disputes her focus is on commercial landlord and tenant work.
The Bristol office of Knight Frank has promoted Nick Thurston (pictured left) from associate to partner in the firm’s capital markets team. He joined the company in 2010.
CBRE has appointed Chris Sinton (pictured second from left) to its planning and development team in Manchester. He joins as a senior planner and brings to the role commercial experience in the private sector and in environmental planning.
Newcastle-based Silverstone Building Consultancy has appointed graduate building surveyor Jack Margerrison.
Knight Frank has recruited Neil Cunningham and James Marshall to its residential division. Cunningham joins as the head of south west London and Home Counties lettings, overseeing the performance of the offices across both regions. Marshal has been appointed head of sales in the Islington office and will work alongside lettings head Daniel Fox to drive growth in the local market.
CBRE has appointed Bruce Robertson as a senior director and head of EMEA supply chain advisory services. He joins from LCP Consulting and will take up his new role at the end of August.
Luke Voce will join the Leicester office of Naismiths as a senior consultant in the national project monitoring team. He has five years’ experience in the private commercial sector and is knowledgeable in project monitoring services on new-build developments and property conversions for banks and financial institutions.
Acorn Property Group has appointed Chris Trew as M&E design manager for its regional offices.
Former Arcadis Partner Stuart Dick has joined Genr8 as development director. Over the past 25 years he has successfully delivered projects for clients which include Manchester City Council, Manchester University and Manchester Airports Group.
Property law firm Attwells has appointed law graduates Jasmine Howlett, Sofie Helps, Holly Quantrill, and Natalie Hackman to the residential conveyancing team. Jamie Hercus and Emily Bowyer have been hired as legal apprentices. Daniela Koceva and Emma Whytefield have been recruited to the private client team. Aisha Siddika and Phil Hewett have joined the commercial department to focus on property development. Louis Fair will support the employment team, and Joanne Holmes has been appointed development manager.
The Cardiff office of JLL has promoted Matthew Wright in the valuation team and Kathryn Williams in the planning and development team to associate directors. Jennie Howell has been promoted to senior surveyor in the capital markets team.
A2Dominion has appointed Ian Cox as non-executive chair of the group. He succeeds Derek Joseph who retires from the board.
Dalcour Maclaren has appointed Jonathan Speers as an associate from the Harlequin Group. Rebecca Cosgrove has joined the Crewe office as a senior commercial surveyor. Kate Weightman has been recruited as a surveyor from the Woodland Trust and will be based in the Mansfield office.
JLL’s Aiden Murray has qualified as a planning consultant in its Southampton office.
Addington Capital has appointed Debbie Hernon as manager at Charter Walk Shopping Centre in Burnley.
Retail Property Agency @retail has promoted Dan Turner to associate director. He joined the company in 2013 as an undergraduate before becoming a surveyor.
Jessica Reeves has joined Boyer’s Bristol team as a graduate planner. On graduating, she was presented with the Royal Town Planning Institute National Prize for best undergraduate student on the RTPI accredited programme.
Keygrove Chartered Surveyors has recruited Keith Marwood to assist with commercial agency, valuations, lease advisory services and property management works.
easyProperty has appointed Adam Day, the founder of online estate agency, Hatched, as head of operations. He previously worked for Country Properties.
Telereal Trillium has appointed Michael Hackenbroch as group finance director.
Turley has appointed Steve Kosky as the first director in its Cambridge and Eastern Region venture. He joins from Barton Willmore where he was a director.
Lee Baron has promoted James Roberts to associate director. He joined the firm in 2015 and was instrumental in developing its retail and office portfolios in the South East.
Barking and Dagenham Council’s new regeneration company, Be First, has appointed Iain Ferguson as chief finance officer and Ed Skeates as development director.
Burley Browne has recruited James Merrick as a director from Johnson Fellows. He specialises in lease advisory matters in the retail sector.
Bruce Wilson has joined GL Hearn as head of business rates. He will lead and co-ordinate the firm’s national offices.
Fox & Sons new homes division has recruited Stephen Bisiker as new homes sales manager for its South West operation.
Connells Residential has appointed Trevor Hill as a consultant after he stepped down as land and new homes regional director. He has worked for the company for more than 35 years.
