SDL Auctions Cheshire & North Wales has appointed Joe Onions as an assistant residential auctions valuer. He joined the firm following its takeover of the property auction arm of Humphreys of Chester where he was an auctions negotiator.
Mark Stupples has joined Eddisons as a non-executive director. He was previously UK chief operating officer at JLL.
Grainger chief executive Helen Gordon has been appointed junior vice president of the British Property Federation. She will take over the role from Landsec chief executive Robert Noel, who becomes the BPF’s vice-president. SEGRO chief executive David Sleath has stepped down as BPF president and will be succeeded by Paul Brundage, executive vice president and senior managing director for Europe at Oxford Properties.
Retail and leisure agency Lunson Mitchenall has appointed Nick Klein to its lease advisory team. He has more than 25 years’ experience and has previously worked for JLL and Cushman & Wakefield.
M7 Real Estate has appointed Philipp Jakubowicz as co-head of asset management Germany.
David Johnson has joined Knight Frank investment management as a partner. He has more than 17 years’ experience in the UK real estate market and previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield. Johnson has held positions in advisory roles acquiring and disposing of investment properties in all sectors.

Rebekah Formosa has joined the Bristol office of Lambert Smith Hampton as an associate director. She joins the real estate advisory team from Cushman & Wakefield where she worked in the public sector advisory team, covering central government, local government, healthcare, blue-light services, and education.
CBRE Global Investors has appointed Laurie Lagarde as portfolio manager from Prologis.
Acorn Property Group has appointed Richard Roach as design and build manager in its direct-build subsidiary AH Construction Solutions. He previously worked for Interserve.
