Unispace has appointed Sam Sahni (pictured left) as principal for strategy. Based in its London studio, he will oversee the European development of its strategy offering.
Andrea George (pictured second from left) has joined Bruntwood as head of retail and leisure leasing. She will be responsible for developing its retail and leisure portfolio in Manchester, Cheshire, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham.
Richard Crow (pictured second from right) has joined the Birmingham team of Trident Building Consultancy as an associate director. He joins from Savills and specialises in contract administration, dilapidations, boundary disputes, technical due diligence and party wall agreements.
Mai Kawashima (pictured right) has joined Savills as an associate director in its hotels team. She will work in a cross-border role focusing on European hotel transactions with a specific focus on Asian investment into the market.
CBRE has hired James Beckham as executive director and head of London investment properties from Cushman & Wakefield. Beckham’s career spans more than 30 years in which he has worked on high-profile deals for clients including REITs and sovereign wealth funds.
Dacre Son & Hartley has appointed Nadia Sumner and Kate Dickens in its letting division in its Ripon and Thirsk offices respectively.
