Ian Plender has joined the CBRE’s national building consultancy team in the Aberdeen office. He joins as a senior building surveyor from Knight Frank. In his new role he will focus on acquisition surveys, dilapidations, project management and design.
Henderson Park, the European real estate investment platform has appointed Gijs Molenaar as head of asset management. He joins from Cerberus Capital and will oversee asset management investments.
The Newcastle office of Cushman & Wakefield has appointed partners David Wilson as head of office and Greg Davison as head of office agency. They will take up their new roles June.
Connell had appointed Louise Savage as new homes business development partner for the South East division.
Colliers International has appointed Alisdair James as director in its automotive and roadside team.
Mishcon de Reya has hired Berwin Leighton Paisner partners David Leibowitz and Joanna Lampert. Restructuring and insolvency partner Leibowitz and real estate litigator Lampert will join Mishcon on 2 May.
Innes England has promoted Ben Taylor to director in the East Midlands. He was previously head of the retail agency team in Nottingham.
The Bristol office of CBRE has appointed Tom Morris as associate director in the capital markets team. He will advise clients on the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets and investment value.
Leeds-based Castlehouse Construction has appointed Dave Coulton as project manager.
Partner Hugh Kemsley has retired from Matthews & Goodman after 20 years.
Paula Stratford has joined MRPP’s central London office as an associate director. She is experienced in residential and commercial development across London and the South East.
The Birmingham office of Gateley Hamer has appointed Edward Jones as head of easements and wayleaves. Camilla Horsfall joins as a surveyor from Carter Jonas.
Laura Tilley joins LNT Care Developments from Bellway Homes. She will focus on identifying and acquiring land in the South for new care home facilities.
CBRE Global Investors has appointed Ronald van der Waals as fund manager of the CBRE Dutch office fund.
German real estate investor NAS Invest Group has appointed Dieter Becken, Oliver Zimper and Steffen Ricken to its new advisory board.
Planning and development consultancy Arebray has appointed Robert Bias as development surveyor. He will be responsible for site sourcing and acquisitions across the South East.
MSMR Architects has promoted Chloe Scott, Sasha Rathbone and Sarah Brighton to associates.
Real Estate Management has appointed Paul Welterveden as development director. He will be responsible for all property development projects with a specific mandate to oversee the construction of Shard Place, SE1.
