Law firm Winckworth Sherwood has appointed Andrew Kinsey as a partner. He joins from Rosenblatt and has established and co-ordinated the real estate strategy on multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions.
CBRE has recruited proptech expert Alex Bailes as head of product engineering. He co-founded a PropTech company in 1999 which was acquired by Countrywide in 2005, where he held the position of chief digital officer until 2015.
Colliers International has appointed Andrew Thomas as head of international capital markets and a director in it London offices team. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield after 27 years.
Faithful+Gould has appointed Mike Richardson as operational director for building surveying in the Midlands.
Graeme Warriner has joined Barton Willmore from the London office of Turley. He joins as planning director and is experienced in the retail and mixed-use sectors.
Katharina Breuer has been promoted to associate at CoveBurgess Architects.
Sarah Galvin and Felicity Lindsay have been promoted to partners at real estate law firm Gowling WLG.
Tuffin Ferraby Taylor has appointed Chang Zhang Chin as an energy and sustainability consultant and Daniel May as a senior building surveyor in its London office. Miranda Anglias joins as an associate building surveyor in Guildford.
Philip Lane has joined Lambert Smith Hampton as associate director in its London team. He joins from Watts and in his new role will work on neighbourly matters, due diligence surveys and dilapidations.

Jacobs UK have promoted Wayne Jackson and Peter Lyon to principal surveyors in the estates and valuation division.
Daniel McDonagh has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s residential team as a partner in the land and development team. He joins from Berkeley Homes and is experienced in the residential development market.
Savills has promoted Sam Kirkaldy to director and Charlotte Westley and Samantha McDermott to associate directors in the South East development services department. They all specialise in residential-led advice.
JLL’s Glasgow office has recruited Niall Rankin as lead director for rating in Scotland. Tom Fothergill joins the ratings team as a senior surveyor. Both previously worked for G L Hearn.
Bristol-based property developer Cubex has appointed Elgan Jones as a development manager to grow its residential sector. He joins from Savills.
London-based developer Generator Group has promoted Frank Amato to associate director. He joined the group as development manager in 2015 and in his new role he will help to identify new land investment opportunities.
GVA has promoted Neil Morton to senior director in its Newcastle planning development and regeneration team.
Knight Frank has appointed Damian Gray to the new role of regional chairman of North Thames & Chilterns. William Kirkland will succeed Gray as head of the Oxford office.

Alan Wilson has joined Buccleuch as energy director. He will be responsible for energy developments across Scotland and England.
Boyer has appointed Nigel Booen as associate director in the design team. He has more than 17 years’ experience as a chartered architect with expertise in the residential sector.
