BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Adam Harley as an associate in the Newcastle valuation team. He has worked in the North East real estate market for more than 15 years and joins from GVA.
Sam Potrykus has joined CBRE’s Leeds office as a senior surveyor in the specialist markets team. He previously worked at James A Baker.
Cushman & Wakefield’s London and South East team has recruited John Howells as a partner in the business space advisory team.
Adam Mirley has joined Savills as a director in the development team. Based in Manchester he will specialise in development consultancy for public and private sector clients and residential investment advice for institutions and developers.
Carter Jonas has promoted Richard Love to partner and head of architecture and building consultancy in the UK. Jason Brown and Keith Fuller have been appointed as partners. Chris Dyer has been named as associate partner; Daisy Fox-Pope as associate and Emma Murphy as assistant project manager.
Collingwood Rigby has appointed Callum Wing as senior investment surveyor and Harvey Stubbs as senior landlord and tenant surveyor.
Jo Kinsella has been appointed centre manager for The Arcadian Centre, Birmingham. The site is owned and managed by LCP.
Aitchison Raffety’s business rates division has appointed Anthony Waller as associate director in its office in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
Flexible business space provider BizSpace has appointed Pure Offices founder Nick Smith as development director. He will identify new sites and lead the development of BizSpace centres.
Colliers International has promoted Davoud Amel-Azizpour to chief finance officer, EMEA in its London office.
Chartered surveyor Wells McFarlane has appointed Jason Hercock as an associate commercial surveyor.
York based developer S Harrison has appointed Pam Stones as financial controller.
Oliver Goodman has joined Octopus Healthcare as property asset manager. He joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he was a lease advisory surveyor.
Savills London residential development division has promoted Sean Cooper, Ben Tyler, Fernando Sandoval, Chris Pratt and Tom Stevenson to associate director; and Clemmie Louch, Liz Sneddon, Amy Crook, Katie Harrabin, Molly Barkes, Katie Fisher, Bronwyn Jones, Lisa Paterson, Tash Price, David Ronson, Otto Twist, Lili Zhang and Harry Wentworth-Stanley to associate.
Dave Spencer will rejoin Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure as managing director in June 2017. He was a member of the executive board from 2007 until 2014.
Equals has appointed Alan Oliver as director. He joins from Capita where he led infrastructure solutions for strategic partnerships in the health sector.
Bruton Knowles has appointed Tony Bray as commercial partner. He will advise landowners, developers and investors on acquisition.
Gerald Eve has appointed Alex Dunn as an associate. Dunn will focus on the firm’s central London office market research. Mikaela Tappa joins as a research analyst. Tappa will provide support to the firm’s prime logistics output.
Aman Parmar has joined Lordale as an investment director. He joins from Dohertybaines where he was commercial director.
Greystar has promoted Bella Peacock to managing director. She will undertake the asset management for both multifamily and student accommodation.
Catherine Strickland has joined law firm Lodders as an associate in the agriculture and estates team.
The Bristol office of JLL has appointed James Petherick as director of residential development and Chris Dadds as a director in the planning team. Daniel Milford and Henry De Teissier joins as senior surveyors in the retail and industrial teams; Vicki Baker as a graduate surveyor in the property and asset management team; Tommy Thompson as associate director in the project management team; and Greg Boast as surveying executive in the healthcare team.
Amstone Developments has appointed Richard Robins as associate director for acquisition and development focusing on build-to-rent city centre opportunities. He was previously regeneration development manager at Canal & River Trust.

Gavin Russell has joined Shepherd Chartered Surveyors’ Dundee office as senior commercial surveyor. He is experienced in Tayside, Angus and Fife commercial property markets, with specific focus in valuation and commercial agency.
Miller Homes has appointed Jeremy Pollitt as land director covering the North West region. He previously worked for Prospect Homes.
John Knowles has joined Colliers International as head of national capital markets in the UK.
