This week’s appointments and promotions
City and Westminster Property Association has appointed:
Rosie Day from Berkeley Group. She joins as assistant director with responsibility for strategic communications.
Innes England has appointed:
Dave Seymour as an assistant building surveyor. Based in the Nottingham office, he will work on building surveying projects across the East Midlands.
Coventry based D&P Holt has named:
Nick Holt as director. He joined the firm in 2003 and will work with Peter Holt and Rupert Gillitt to develop the business over the next five to 10 years.
db symmetry has appointed:
Dan Burn as development director to support the firm’s property development strategy across the North West. He joins from JLL.
The Bristol office of GVA has recruited:
Nicholas More as an associate in its land and development team. Kimberley Brown joins as principal planner and Emma Norman as a graduate planner. Harry Hancock has been appointed as a senior building surveyor and Joanna Murray as a graduate building surveyor. Jordan Andrews has been named architectural technician.

Jessica Stainthorp as a graduate research analyst and promoted Alex Taylor to associate and Matthew Drysdale to principal surveyor. Victoria Millard and Luke Sefton have been made senior analysts.
Wrenbridge has promoted:
James Feltham to associate director, and directors Chris White and Jeff Wilson have joined the Wrenbridge shareholding.

Amanda Bailey as an associate. Sally Pilott has been promoted to partner and Oliver Andrews to solicitor.

Denizer Ibrahim to lead a new, first-of-its-kind retail division focused on advising landlord and retailer clients on pop-up and transient retail strategy.

Su Sealby as senior building surveyor and head of a new project team. Joe Readfern and Rebecca Rawcliffe join as building surveyors. Kirsty Robinson joins to support the new business development department.
