Savills has recruited Owen Flannigan and James Odeogberin to the commercial management team in its City office. Flannigan has been appointed head and director of client accounting in London . He has joined from DTZ. Odeogberin has been appointed associate director of client accounting in London. He previously worked at Atisreal (0161 277 7268).

David Goodchild has been appointed commercial managing director of Aitchison Raffety. This followed the decision by Neil Aitchison to step down from the role. Aitchison will continue as a senior consultant specialising in development advice, project management and other specialist services (01442 220800).

Mark Grant has joined law firm DMH Stallard from Bovis Homes, where he worked as the company’s regional legal director. Grant will join DMH Stallard’s residential development team as partner and will specialise in site acquisitions and disposals, strategic and short-term options, collaboration agreements, joint venture agreements and freehold reversion sales (01293 543 760).

GMW Architects has appointed urban designer Nicola Williams to work on the practice’s portfolio of regeneration projects (020 7937 8020).

Crest Nicholson has appointed Greg Ketteridge managing director of Crest Nicholson (Chiltern). He will be responsible for the company’s activities in the region, which includes Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex, north-west London and Milton Keynes (01442 219 921).

Knight Frank’s Birmingham office has appointed Ben Marshalsay land manager in the land acquisitions and disposals department. He will be working on the firm’s development sites within the Black Country region (0121 200 2220).

Wilson Bowden Developments has appointed Neil Crawford senior project manager for its new office in Piccadilly. He has joined from consultants Cyrill Sweett. Wilson Bowden has also appointed Patrick Arthurs planning director in the Piccadilly office. He has more than 15 years’ experience in development planning and area regeneration. He will advise the company on planning strategy across a variety of new mixed-use development sites (020 7423 4338).

Stiles Harold Williams has appointed David Marcelline associate. He brings more than 13 years’ surveying experience to the development consultancy. His role will include undertaking a range of development consultancy services (020 8662 2700).

Julie Rossiter has joined St Modwen Properties’ head office in Birmingham as senior property manager. She was previously a director at Colliers CRE where she was head of the corporate services department. Prior to that, she was in the asset management department advising landlords on their investment portfolios (0121 222 9400).

Michael Parker has joined Sneller Commercial as associate in the management/professional department. He previously worked for Huggins Edwards & Sharp in Epsom (020 8977 2204).

DTZ has promoted Kerry Hough, Chris Connor and Gary Crompton to associate director. (0161 455 3797).

REIT Asset Management has made the following appointments to its European team: Jon Fletcher, Simon Laker and Alex Tilson. Fletcher was appointed European investment director and Tilson investment analyst. Fletcher has joined from Nelson Bakewell, where he was divisional director, and Tilson from Heitman, where he was associate. Laker, European asset management director, joined from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was partner (0207 499 2244).

James Ramsbotham has joined the board of Darlington Building Society as a non-executive director. He is chief executive of the North East Chamber of Commerce, and was previously executive vice-chairman of the Esh Group, one of the region’s largest construction groups, and a senior marketer and corporate relationships director with Barclays. He also has extensive experience as a director and chairman of a variety of regional organisations and initiatives (01325 366366).

Rockspring Property Investment Managers (formerly PRICOA Property Investment Management), has appointed Paul Crosbie assistant fund manager. Based in London, he will be responsible for the fund management of the Industrial Trust, a UK industrial fund run jointly with Teesland iOG (020 7761 3300).

Rugby Estates has made the following appointments: Jeremy Thiagarajah has joined as an investment surveyor from Lambert Smith Hampton to work with the investment team Hugh Chivers has joined to support the RAM team and Amy Morgan has joined as assistant surveyor (020 7016 0050).

Highcross Strategic Advisers has recruited John Pocock as project director. Pocock was previously director of leasing at Brixton (01635 521088).
