Pennyfarthing Homes has submitted a planning application for 74 homes in Fordingbridge in the New Forest, Hampshire.
The development is part of the wider scheme comprising 342 homes known as Forde Valley. It is located next to Pennyfarthing’s Whitsbury Green development, which is currently under construction.
Outline planning approval for Forde Valley site, which falls within the New Forest District Council Local Plan, was granted in September this year. Of the 342 homes, 25% will be affordable and available through the government’s new First Homes scheme.
Matt Dukes, managing director of Pennyfarthing Homes, said: ” Our proposed designs are sympathetic to the area and the mix of homes will attract a wide range of residents to Fordingbridge. We are confident we will continue to build on the success of Whitsbury Green, which is already proving popular among buyers attracted to this fabulous location on the edge of the New Forest.”
