John Whittaker's Peel Group has today submitted the largest-ever single planning application in the UK for the 14m-sq ft redevelopment of part of Liverpool Docks.
To be known as Liverpool Waters, the scheme will comprise offices, retail, 9,000 homes, a cruise terminal and cultural facilities.
