Peabody has been chosen by Ealing Council to deliver a major new housing scheme in Old Southall.
The Green will provide 474 homes, 50% of which will be affordable, alongside 54,000 sq ft of commercial space.
Peabody was selected following a competitive tender process led by Lambert Smith Hampton.
Julian Bell, leader of Ealing Council, said: “We are excited that two bidders both proposed to deliver 50% affordable housing and are excited to work with Peabody to progress delivery of the scheme.”
Most of the site is currently a council-owned surface-level car park.
