Patrizia has let close to 29,000 sq ft at 4ORTY, 40 Grosvenor Place, SW1, to medical group Cleveland Clinic.
The Ohio-based business agreed a 15-year lease, taking 10,548 sq ft on the ground floor and 18,293 sq ft on the first floor.
The 216,000 sq ft building is now more than 70% let, with a further 56,000 sq ft available.
