EMED Group has grown its operations into Leicestershire by taking three regional hubs.
The patient transport specialist will occupy unit D1, measuring 5,005 sq ft, at Beauchamp Business Park in Kibworth, units 27-30, measuring 5,623 sq ft, on Kernan Drive in Loughborough, and unit 20, measuring 14,576 sq ft on Pinfold Road in Leicester. All on 10-year leases with a break option at year five.
The move comes as the firm set to launch a travel service, backed by Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Integrated Care Board, for those needing non-emergency medical care.
Geoff Fallon, regional managing partner at Vail Williams, which advised EMED on the deals, said: “As part of our work we are searching for and negotiating terms for all the lettings, undertaking pre-acquisition surveys and producing schedules of condition to protect them at lease end.
“Communication and good working relationship has been key to the success of our work with EMED Group, and we will continue to support them as they grow into 2025.”
