Partners to redevelop Morley House

The Crown Estate and Norges are to undertake a £100m redevelopment of Morley House, 314-322 Regent Street, W1. The mixed-use scheme will complete in summer 2020 and comprise 11,000 sq ft of retail and 44 residential units to let.
