Partners Group buys £253m industrial portfolio

Investment manager Partners Group has acquired a 3.6m sq ft portfolio of 27 light industrial properties from Paloma Capital for £253m. Partners said it plans to build up the portfolio with an additional £200m equity to fund light industrial purchases
