Paradigm Land has secured planning for 213 new homes at Gunnersbury Park, W3.
The homes range from studio to two bedrooms, and are aimed at first-time buyers and investors.
The £125m redevelopment of the former 100,000 sq ft Worley Parsons office building marks the launch of the company’s new residential arm, Apt Living.
The group is also developing a further 55 flats at Library House in Brentwood, Essex, which is due to be launched later this year.
