Boux Avenue, the lingerie chain owned by Theo Paphitis, has agreed to open its second Scottish store at Hammerson’s Silverburn shopping centre in Glasgow.
It has agreed to open a 3,000 sq ft shop on a 10-year lease.
Zone A rents in the shopping centre are around £160 per sq ft.
Culverwell and CBRE acted for Hammerson; Briant Champion Long represented Boux Avenue.
