Panattoni plans UK’s biggest spec shed

Shed developer Panattoni has committed to speculatively develop a 515,000 sq ft unit at its 900,000 sq ft Derby Commercial Park, just outside the city. The scheme will be one of the largest single-unit speculative developments under
