Property Acquisition and Management (PAM), the investment vehicle which took over CNC Properties earlier in the year, has sold Edgbaston Shopping Centre and adjacent Calthorpe House for £8m to Stoford (Edgbaston).
CNC originally acquired the property for £6.25m in 1998.
