California-based software firm Palantir Technologies has doubled the size of its West End headquarters at the Football Association’s former offices, W1.
Palantir, which counts the CIA and FBI as clients, has signed a 10-year lease at 25 Soho Square for floors two and three totalling 11,200 sq ft paying £62.50 per sq ft and £65 per sq ft respectively.
It already occupies a little more than 10,000 sq ft at the property.
The expansion comes after Palantir secured new funding, raising $107.5m (£65.5m) last month. Aviva Investors’ 25 Soho Square was home to the FA before it moved to Wembley in 2009.
DTZ advised Palantir; Bluebook and H2SO represented Aviva.
