Build-to-rent developer Packaged Living has hired Will Skuse as investment manager.
Skuse (pictured) joins this month from Knight Frank’s residential capital markets team. He was most recently an associate partner of the firm, based in London.
His appointment at Packaged Living will support deal execution underwriting and analysis, as well as new business origination across the 5,000-home single-family strategy and 4,000-home urban multifamily strategy.
