Paragon Asra Housing has received planning approval for a 513-home mixed-use scheme in Ealing, W3.
The developer plans to build five blocks of between five and 25 storeys, providing 513 mixed-tenure homes, 50% of which will be affordable. The scheme will also include 12,200 sq ft of commercial space.
The three-acre site is located in the south of Southall town centre and is part of the wider Southall Opportunity Area.
It is formed of two smaller sites, the largest of which is located to the south of Park Avenue and Milan Road. The former industrial area is partially used as a car park and was previously owned by LBE and Network Rail.
The smaller site is owned by PA Housing is currently in use and provides 23 affordable homes, 20 of which are currently occupied.
