Oxfordshire’s first office-to-resi scheme has been sold by Lakesmere Developments to Oxford developer Cantay Estates.
The former offices at 1-20 Lakesmere Close, Kidlington, will changes hands for £1.9m. The 17,000 sq ft offices are being refurbished into 18 terraced houses
