Logistics, warehousing and distribution firm Owens Group has grown its footprint at Aberaman Park Industrial Estate, near Cardiff.
The firm has signed a five-year lease on a 60,589 sq ft warehouse at C1 Trade Park, which was formerly occupied by Rocialle Healthcare.
The new facilities are located close to the A459, 25 miles north-west of Cardiff and within easy reach of the A470 and M4. Other occupiers on site include Screwfix, Toolstation and Royal Mail.
The deal follows Owens’ recent acquisition of a 160,000 sq ft warehouse at Wales One in Magor, Monmouthshire, and a 95,000 sq ft site in Cardiff Port, taking the firm’s operational real estate to just over 2.5m sq ft across the UK.
Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of the landlord, Richard Hayward Properties.
