Orchard Street lets remaining space at Fitzrovia office scheme

Orchard Street Investment Management has leased more than 13,000 sq ft at 27-35 Mortimer Street, W1, taking the office scheme to full occupancy. The investment manager has completed two lettings across three floors at the newly refurbished office building.
