One of Northern Ireland’s largest Tesco stores sold

Aberdeen Standard Investments has sold one of the largest Tesco supermarkets in Northern Ireland to a private investor for £27m – a 6% yield. 

The entire 93,800 sq ft building, which was constructed in 2013, is let to Tesco for 25 years at a rent of £1.6m pa. 

The property is located at the northern edge of Newry, on Downshire Road.
