Allsop’s residential sale will offer more than 300 lots at the Cumberland Hotel, W1, including more than 30 £1m-plus lots.
These include the receivership sale of a six-bedroom Grade II listed house with stables on the edge of the Surrey Hills.
The Okewood Hill Estate, once home to actor Oliver Reed, is guided at £2.6m to £2.8m.
Or for those who prefer their mansions to be new-build, the catalogue offers a two-acre development opportunity in Stanmore.
The site adjoining the former Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital comes with planning consent for a three-storey Hollywood mansion-sized house of 18,000 sq ft.
May’s auction will also offer six lots with permitted development rights, including the highest-value lot in the catalogue. The detached two-storey, 37,793 sq ft office building in Aylesbury has consent for 89 flats and is guided at £4.5m-plus.
Allsop will also offer a portfolio of 48 sites on behalf of the Co-operative Bank. The sites will be offered as a single lot with no reserve. Allsop partner Richard Adamson said the sites were a mixture of roadways, strips of land and amenity land. “This is an opportunity to trawl through and extract value,” he said.
