Birmingham-based Oakmoor Estates has been selected to develop a £100m mixed-use scheme in Coventry city centre.
Oakmoor beat off competition from Cordell Property/Barratt Developments and Rokeby Developments/Resolution for the right to develop the 3.5-acre (1.4ha) Bond Street car park site.
