Wetherby-based developer Oakgate Group has bought two properties in Nottingham city centre for £8m from British Land Universal.
Oakgate bought 22-26 Clumber Street and 4 Lincoln Street, an adjacent property, for redevelopment into a 12,000 sq ft flagship retail store.
