Oak Holdings' £350m YES! leisure scheme in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, was given the go-ahead by Rotherham metropolitan borough council on Thursday.
The scheme, which is being built on a 327-acre former coalfield, will comprise 1.25m sq ft
