Bilfinger GVA has been appointed to the National Procurement Service for Wales for Estates Professional Services.
The NPS represents 73 public sector organisations in Wales, including local authorities, health services, education providers and the emergency services.
The appointment means that members of the NPS will be able to consult Bilfinger GVA on all commercial property related manners.
Bilfinger GVA director Steve Gibbon said: “We have a well-established track record in advising public sector organisations in Wales and the UK across a range of specialist property services, providing cost effective and innovative solutions, which we look forward to bringing to member organisations over coming months.”
Bilfinger GVA’s appointment will run for four years.
