Npower takes 220,000 sq ft for Sunderland HQ

Energy firm npower has bought 220,000 sq ft of surplus space from beleaguered bank Northern Rock in Sunderland, a month after it pulled out of a 109,000 sq ft pre-let in nearby Gateshead.
