The firm, which was established earlier in the year as the first UK commercial branch of one of the world’s largest property franchises, Coldwell Banker, is seeking offers in excess of £10m for 137-143 Notting Hill Gate, W11.
The properties comprises 11,803 sq ft of mixed-use retail, office, restaurant and residential, with consent to extend to 15,070 sq ft.
PizzaExpress and Leyland SDM have lettings until 2027 with a combined passing rent of £205,000 pa.
The offices and residential units on the upper floors are currently vacant. The Notting Hill office market has a vacancy rate of around 3.9%.
The properties date to 1883 and are arranged over basement, ground and three upper floors.
