Norwich residential scheme under challenge

Housebuilder Pelham Homes Ltd has gone to the High Court to challenge the grant of outline planning permission for the development of land south of Cuckoofield Lane, Mulbarton, Norwich, for housing, a local shop, public open space and associated works.
