Northern Retail buys ShopElectric chain

Electrical goods chain Northern Retail has bought ShopElectric, which has 35 stores in Northern Ireland.

ShopElectric has a turnover of more than £50m and was sold by Lislyn Retail, which has shareholders including venture capital group 3i and Northern Ireland
