A Northamptonshire landowner, Rupert Conant, has opened 9.65 km (6 miles) of public footpaths across his 1618.8ha (4,000 acre) Bulwick estate. The estate comprises his own farm, several tenanted farms and 182.11ha (450 acres) of woodland.
