German-based IBI Real Estate (formerly known as Bavaria Objekt-und Baubetreuung) has sold a 400,000 sq ft (37,160 sq m) distribution facility in Sherburn-in-Elmet, North Yorkshire for £14m.
The unit is let to logistics group Eddie Stobart on a 20-year lease
