Niche retail adviser P-Three hires new director

Retail, leisure and restaurant agent P-Three has hired Harriet Gidney as a director to grow the firm’s leasing and consultancy work focusing on large-scale assets across London.

Gidney joins P-Three following eight years at CF Commercial, where she latterly worked as a director. Before that, she worked at CWM as an associate partner.

She has more than 15 years’ experience advising the owners and asset managers of some of the largest projects in London including Elephant & Castle, IQL Stratford, Wembley Park and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

P-Three said Gidney is “a key hire” as the business takes on additional high-profile mandates. Her hire takes its staff count to nine people.

Gidney said: “P-Three has built a business which combines the expertise needed for the creation of successful mixed-use places as well as an agency reputation for delivering some of London’s most significant lettings, such as Albert Schloss on Shaftesbury Avenue and Peppermint at the Podium in Stratford.

“P-Three’s culture also values and empowers individuals, which creates an environment in which I am confident I shall thrive, both personally and professionally.”

Thomas Rose, co-founder of P-Three, said: “We prioritise people, culture and fresh thinking, and it is an approach that clients appreciate and enjoy. Consequently, as we grow, we want like-minded people that not only understand and share our philosophy, but who add to it. Harriet is highly regarded by her client following and we are excited to have her as part of the team as we continue to expand P-Three with market-leading talent.”

The agent’s projects include St James Quarter in Edinburgh, Lakeside shopping centre, Trocadero London and East Bank in Stratford. The team is also advising on the redevelopment Elephant at 318 Oxford Street, Bankside Yards in Southwark, One Tower Bridge Estate and Tower 42 in the City of London.

Its occupier representation instructions include Third Space, Metrix UEFA Champions League, F1Arcade, Puttshack, Rosa’s Thai, DF Tacos, Wahaca and Mowgli.
