Newport submits plans for South Wales business park

Newport Holdings has lodged plans for 18,000 sq ft of office space at Llantrisant Business Park, South Wales.

The scheme's agent is Atisreal and architect is Willdig Lammie Partnership.

Rental terms will start at £10.75 per sq.ft.
