Newcastle City Council in hunt for development partner

Newcastle City Council is looking for a development partner to deliver a £200m mixed-use scheme in the city centre. The masterplan for the six-acre development site to be known as the Stephenson Quarter, includes grade-A new-build offices, refurbished creative workspace,
