New service area for M25 at Cobham

The M25 is to get a fourth service station after John Prescott overruled an inspector's recommendation.

Swayfields will build the complex near Cobham, Surrey, on the south-west quadrant between Gatwick and Heathrow airports. The deputy prime minister said there was
