Designs have been unveiled for the multi-million-pound regeneration of Belfast city centre's North East Quarter.
Architect Benoy's indicative plans, drawn up in consultation with Drivers Jonas offer 200,000sq ft of shops and 376,750sq ft of offices and housing.
