London & Quadrant housing trust has appointed the former chief executive of Co-Operative Bank as its new chair.
Liam Coleman takes up the role today, succeeding Aubrey Adams, who retires after nine years in the position.
Coleman is currently chair of Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee at the Financial Conduct Authority and a non-executive director and chair of the customer services committee at Vivid Housing.
He has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry in roles spanning retail and commercial banking and wholesale banking.
