Naylors Gavin Black is holding on to its lead in EG’s rankings for industrial deals in the North East, helped by a 15,568 sq ft letting in Washington, Tyne and Wear.
The deal, at 1 Tilley Road on the Crowther Industrial Estate, saw an undisclosed tenant take the premises on a 10-year lease commencing on 6 May at £4.15 per sq ft, equating to £64,600 pa. Naylors has now acted on 305,811 sq ft of industrial transactions in the region this year.
