Oxfordshire experienced record levels of transactions in both the office and industrial market last year, totalling over 1.6m sq ft – the highest level for over 10 years.
This year has seen a slowdown in take-up, but we still expect levels to exceed the five-year average. Despite the slowdown, we have seen rental growth across the county, particularly in Oxford city centre, where we have recently achieved £32.50 per sq ft.
