Myddelton & Major continues to lead the way in EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in Wiltshire, helped by its most recent deal, a 1,875 sq ft industrial sale in Westbury.
The deal, at Unit 5, Rockhaven Business Centre, Commerce Close (pictured), on the West Wilts Trading Estate, saw a private individual pay £195,000 for the freehold of the premises.
Myddelton & Major heads the pack in Wiltshire, having acted on 130,927 sq ft of lettings and occupational sales, followed by Alder King on 113,154 sq ft. Savills is in third place, having transacted 105,010 sq ft of deals, with the top five being completed by JLL on 93,193 sq ft and Carter Jonas on 65,728 sq ft.
