Munnelly Group will be relocating its HQ at The Dock in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, from Harrow.
The construction firm has agreed a letting of more tnan 10 years for 7,802 sq ft workspace. According to EG Radius, asking rents in the building start from £28.5 per sq ft.
Munnelly will join Taylor Wimpey which took 8,238 sq ft of workspace in August last year, relocating from Borehamwood.
The Dock sits close to junction 20 of the M25 and adjacent to Kings Langley railway station. It is one of three buildings developed by Imagination Technologies and was recently refurbished by Tristan Capital Partners and Alchemy Asset Management.
Guy Bishop, director at Alchemy Asset Management, said: “There is a shortage of good quality office stock in the north-west M25 region.
“The Dock is an attractive building that has strong public transport and road connections and offers good ESG credentials, so is well placed to meet this demand as has been demonstrated with the two lettings to leading businesses.”
Paul David Munnelly, chief operating officer at Munnelly, said: “The modern and bright building has provided the perfect canvas for creating a dynamic and engaging working environment. This new space represents a fresh new chapter for our group of businesses, and we are all anticipating the opportunities it will bring.”
Brasier Freeth and Lambert Smith Hampton represented Alchemy Asset Management and Tristan Capital Partners. J Arkwright & Co acted on behalf of Munnelly Group.
