Lodha UK has appointed Multiplex to build its Lincoln Square residential development in central London.
Multiplex won the £73m shell-and-core contract after a competitive tender process, and have commenced works on-site under a pre-construction services agreement.
Since launching in May 2016, Lodha has sold sold 78 units, valued at £130m in total, at Lincoln Square.
