MPC cuts “joyless” Liverpool tower to 30 storeys

Developer Mersey Property Company (MPC), whose 36-storey tower scheme in Liverpool was branded “joyless” by CABE, has agreed to cut the scheme to 30 storeys prior to a new planning application.
