Mothercare confirms 50 store closures via CVA

Troubled retailer Mothercare has confirmed it will restructure its UK store portfolio through a number of company voluntary arrangements. The proposals aim to resize its estate by exiting 50 stores and agreeing material rent reductions on a further 21 stores.
